I'm really not sure how it all starts because I think each piece begins in a different way.
But somehow the right base is matched up with the perfect scraps of paper, metal, clay, fabric, glass.
Then they're connected with glue, wire, nails, grommets.
Somewhere along the way a little wax, ink, pastel, paint is added.
And, voila, a piece emerges.

While I can't really describe the process I can state that I LOVE to create.
